Brush your orthodontics well (i.e. fully on all sides and corners of the mouth, using a firm but not vigorous motion), and at least twice a day. Drink lots of water. Avoid eating too much candy and sweets, especially at night. These aren’t just the oldest bad breath remedies; they are also good preventive measures that will benefit you in the long run.</p>
